Power Platform Developer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer with a specialization in PowerApps to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps and related technologies within the Power Platform suite. This role requires a deep understanding of PowerApps capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and build custom PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet business needs.
• Integrate PowerApps with Power Automate, Power BI, and other data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.
• Customize and enhance existing PowerApps applications.
• Configure environments, manage data models, and implement business rules.
• Perform testing, debug issues, and ensure application reliability.
• Document solutions and provide user training and support.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Communicate project progress and challenges effectively.

Experience & Qualifications for the Role

• 3+ years of PowerApps development experience.
• Proven experience with Canvas and Model-Driven apps in PowerApps.
• Experience in integrating PowerApps with Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Proficiency in PowerApps development, including custom forms, views, dashboards, and controls.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform environment management, security roles, and governance.
• Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON is a plus.
• Experience with data modeling and management in Dataverse, SQL, or other relevant databases.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integrating external data sources.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
